Kampala to Bwindi / Kigali
Transfer in a 4WD. Evening forest briefing by rangers. (Rwanda option: fly or drive to Kigali, transfer to Musanze.)
Gorilla Trekking
Full-day trek — Uganda: Bwindi forest. Rwanda: Volcanoes NP. One hour with a gorilla family in the wild.
Return
Morning at leisure, then return to Kampala. Optional: extend to Queen Elizabeth NP (Uganda) or Nyungwe Forest (Rwanda).
